The challenge
Talenti needed a website for the Canadian market live before the product reached shelves. It had to be built and maintained inside the existing Magnum CA platform, and there were 20 days from brief to launch.

I coordinated the local and brand teams against the deadline, fed back on the brief so the scope was clear early, and designed a lot of the UI and created assets myself to hold the date.
