Find a meeting time that works in every time zone.

Pick a time, a date and a city. The page shows what time it is in every other city you add, with the day shift. It handles daylight saving and half-hour zones like India.

The image is drawn in your browser and goes nowhere until you send it. The link brings back the same cities, date and time.

How to find a meeting time across time zones

    1. Pick the time and date

Choose any time from the list, from 12:00 AM to 11:45 PM, and the date. Daylight saving is handled for that date.

    2. Say which city it is in

Type the city the time belongs to. It starts with the place your device is in.

    3. Add the other cities

Add up to seven more. Each one shows its local time and day at once. Then copy the times, share the link or download an invite.

Booking a call across three or four time zones usually means opening a few clocks and doing sums. Here you give one time, one date and one city, and every other city is worked out for you, including whether it lands on the next or the previous day. Nothing is looked up online: it uses the time zone data already built into your browser.

    What it does

    • Eight cities at once, found by city, country or time zone name.
    • Any time of day can be chosen, in 15-minute steps, including night and early morning.
    • Shows the day shift for each city, so a late call that lands tomorrow is easy to spot.
    • Works for the date you pick, so daylight saving changes are right.
    • Copy the times for each city, copy a link that restores the same plan, or download an .ics calendar file.
    • A 24-hour bar for each city shows day and night, with the date change marked. Drag along it to move the time.
    • Drag cities up or down, remove any of them, and add your own text to the copied times and the invite.
    • Share as an image card with an analog clock for each city, or as a link.
    • Works offline once the page has loaded.

Time Zone Meeting Planner: questions and answers

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Times are worked out for the date you pick using your browser’s built-in time zone data, so a meeting after the clocks change shows the right offsets. Change the date to see how the gap between two cities moves.

Why does India show a half-hour offset?

India is UTC+5:30, and a few other places such as Nepal, parts of Australia and Iran also sit on 30 or 45 minute offsets. Times are worked out to the minute, so these line up correctly.

Can I pick any time, not just office hours?

Yes. The time list runs from 12:00 AM to 11:45 PM in 15-minute steps, so night and early-morning times work as well.

    Are my cities sent anywhere?

No. Your choices are saved in your own browser and in the link you copy, which carries them in the part after the # sign, so they are not sent to a server when someone opens it.

How do I send the plan to someone?

Press Copy link. Whoever opens it sees the same cities, date and time. You can also copy the times as text or download a calendar file that opens in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

Does it need an internet connection?

Only to load the page. After that it works offline, because the time zone data is part of the browser.
