How it works

• Custom alias, optional: 3 to 32 letters, numbers, - or _.
• Expiry: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year. The default is 30 days.
• QR code for every link, as PNG or SVG.
• A list of your links, saved in your browser only.

To keep the service clean, each visitor can make 5 links an hour and 20 a day. Only http and https links work. Links to other shorteners, IP addresses, local hosts and known phishing patterns are blocked. Expired links stop redirecting.

The server stores the link you shorten, its short code and a click count until the link expires.
