WordPress and Webflow developer, who also runs the project.

I build WordPress sites end to end and manage the project around them, from scope to launch to support. On Webflow I have run delivery and SEO for an agency site.

What I do

The work, and the proof.

01 · What I do

WordPress sites

Bytzsoft is a corporate site for an aviation software suite covering CAMO, MRO engineering, crew rostering, QMS and SMS. ACCESS Health International is a site for the organisation’s story, people and offices, with research and news publishing.

On both I managed the project, built the site, ran the SEO, launched it and handled BAU support.

02 · What I do

Plugins and catalogues

Royal Arc is a WordPress product catalogue for electrodes, flux-cored and MIG/TIG wires, strip cladding and SAW flux.

As solution architect I designed a plugin that makes more than 50,000 PDFs searchable and usable across the whole site, connected to WordPress.

03 · What I do

Webflow, SEO and support

For Knowledge Units, a Webflow agency site covering branding, marketing, web, UI/UX and production, I managed the project, ran the SEO and handled BAU support.

A site earns its keep after launch, so SEO and support are part of how I scope the work.

The route

How it works

  1. Step 01

Say what the site is for

Pages, content, and who will edit it after launch. A short brief or a call is fine.

  2. Step 02

    Quote

Design, build and content set-up, priced and dated in writing.

  3. Step 03

    Build

I make the theme or the Webflow site, plugins if you need them, and set up editing so your team is not stuck.

  4. Step 04

    Check and launch

Browsers, devices, speed, SEO basics. Then it goes live.

  5. Step 05

    Support

A short training session. Ongoing support is optional. I have done it on live sites.

Questions

What WordPress work have you done?

A corporate site for an aviation software suite (Bytzsoft), the ACCESS Health International site with research and news publishing, and the Royal Arc product catalogue. On each I managed the project, built the site, ran the SEO, launched it and handled BAU support afterwards.

Have you built custom WordPress plugins?

Yes. On Royal Arc I was solution architect for a plugin that makes more than 50,000 PDFs searchable and usable across the whole site, connected to WordPress.

Do you work with Webflow?

On Webflow I have managed an agency site through launch and support, and run its SEO (Knowledge Units). If you have a Webflow build in mind, send a brief and I will confirm scope before we start.

Do you look after the site after launch?

Yes. On the WordPress sites in my portfolio I handled BAU support after launch, and I ran the SEO from the start, so the site does not stop at go-live.

Are you open to full-time roles?

I am open to Program Manager roles and take freelance briefs alongside.

How do I send a brief?

Email hello@aashishpandey.com, book a 20-minute call, or send a short brief. I reply within 48 hours.

WordPress or Webflow?

WordPress if the site is heavy on content or needs custom work. Webflow if it is design-led and marketing changes it often. I will tell you which after the brief.

Can you write custom plugins?

Yes. For one client I built a plugin that searches more than 50,000 PDFs.

Do you look after the site after launch?

I have, on live sites. It can go in the quote.
