Using the site
You can browse the site and use the tools for personal or business work. Please do not:
- use the site to break the law, or to harm or trick other people
- scrape it so hard that it slows the site down for others
- try to break, overload or get around the URL shortener or any other part of the site
- copy the site, its design or its code and present it as your own
The tools
The tools are free and come as they are. I try to get them right, but I do not promise they are free of errors or fit for your purpose. In particular:
- The invoice generator, estimate calculator and tax presets do the maths in your browser. Tax rates and rules change, and my presets may be out of date. Check every number before you send an invoice or quote.
- The time zone planner uses the time zone data in your browser. Check important meeting times with the people involved.
- The resume maker does not promise that any employer or applicant tracking system will accept or rank your resume.
- The password generator, hash checker and metadata remover run on your device. You are responsible for how you use the results.
- None of this is legal, tax, financial or HR advice.
Most tools process your files and text in your browser and do not send them to me. See the privacy policy for the exceptions.
The URL shortener
Short links expire on the date you choose, from one day to one year. I do not promise a link will keep working. I may remove or block a link without notice if it points to something illegal, harmful or deceptive, such as phishing or malware, or if it is abused. Do not use it for anything like that.
Forms and messages
When you send a brief or sign up to the newsletter, please give true details, use your own email address and do not send spam, harmful content or anything illegal. Sending a brief does not create an agreement between us, and I cannot promise a reply to every message. I may refuse, filter or delete messages that look like spam or abuse. My spam checks can be wrong; if a real message of yours does not get a reply, email hello@aashishpandey.com. How I handle what you send is in the privacy policy.
Content and ownership
The text, photos, illustrations, screenshots and graphics on the site are © 2026 Aashish Pandey unless a page says otherwise. See the image licence for how to ask to use them. Client names, logos and brand marks belong to their owners. I show them to say I have worked with those brands, not to suggest they endorse me or this site.
Services and case studies
The site is not an offer of services. If we work together, the scope, price and timeline are set in a written quote or agreement, and that document comes first if it differs from the site. Case studies describe past projects. Results depend on many things and I cannot promise the same result for you.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Microsoft Bookings. I do not control them and I am not responsible for what they do or say.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or the tools, including lost money, lost data or lost business. Nothing here removes any right or liability that the law does not allow me to remove.
Changes
I may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country says you can bring a claim somewhere else.
